Personal Training (PT) is the very best place to start if you're interested in getting maximum fitness results in the shortest possible time. Whatever your goals and whatever your fitness level, we can build you stronger, faster, leaner and meaner -- or more glamorous -- than ever before.

While working with your trainer, you will have the opportunity to navigate the world of fitness with someone who is passionate and very, very experienced.

A few extras along the way may include things like Whole Body Vibration Training (WBVT). This training method is everywhere in the media with many of the world’s top sports teams and celebs utilizing the new technology. Whether you’re trying to lose fat, gain muscle or improve athletically, it’s all possible with vibration training. If you're currently experiencing a little or perhaps a lot of soreness, or are having issues with muscle or joint pain, then our trainers can help here as well. Exercise Rehabilitation happens to be one of our areas of expertise. Sore knees, ankles, hips, headaches, neck tension, constant hamstring strains, achilles tendinitis... your pain is probably caused by poor movement patterns that create imbalanced muscles to overwork and fatigue. We can help you. We can also send you to someone on our long list of practitioners for specialist treatment.

Our Fitness Classes are designed to improve fitness. Kettle bells, power bands and body weight sessions are all designed to improve, strength, power and speed. Your age or current fitness level doesn't matter. All you have to do is show up!

Kettle bell Conditioning Classes incorporate a wide range of movement skills, including kettle bell use, corrective movement, basic gymnastics and martial art skills, as well as a wide array of other athletic skills. These classes are for all levels of fitness.

Interval Training Classes are designed to burn fat hard and fast. But that won't be all. You'll develop great strength and cardio from these sessions.

Boot Camps come in all shapes and sizes. We have a Ladies Only Boot Camp, which is a 4 week (12 session) camp run in the mornings 9 times per year. These camps are made available for you ladies who are really serious about making some lifestyle changes and getting into great shape. Our Mixed Boot Camps are generally 6 week camps (still 12 sessions) and are available for both men and women who are looking to improve overall fitness. We have both morning and evening camps available.

Everyone loves a Massage. We appreciate the therapeutic benefits of massage and offer onsite treatment with our resident massage therapists. We offer everything from deep tissue and remedial to relaxing.

Our Nutritional Support program includes the world’s most independently researched nutritional supplement. It is the only nutritional product in the world to be researched and then have the results published in a peer reviewed medical journal. To date, the results of this program have been published in 11 Different Medical Journals from around the world, including a study done here at our own prestigious Sydney University. All of the staff are on this remarkable product and are big fans of this nutritional concept.
