Ladies Boot Camps
Ladies only Boot Camp in Adelaide, is a chance for women, just like you, to achieve a level of fitness that you never dreamed possible. Our friendly and relaxed environment is the setting for you to learn and practice an array of skills, drills and techniques that aren’t normally taught outside of an athletics environment, let alone to a group of ladies.
Whether you're a single lady, a mother or a grand-mother, this is truly a rare opportunity for you to learn how to train like the experts do. So what are you waiting for? Come along and join women like yourself who are daring to change their fitness forever!
Boot Camps run at a maximum of 20 people. An additional camp requires an extra 6 to run. Read more about Locations & Times.
What you will learn at Boot Camp
- The correct prescription and technique for an array of weight and movement based exercises including, Squats, Skipping, Jumping, Overhead Presses, Kettle Bells and much more.
- The best way to train to lose body fat and gain lean feminine muscle. Forget running on a treadmill for 40 min, this training is far, far more effective and 10 times as fun ;o)
- How to develop a higher level of co-ordination and balance through basic gymnastics and non contact martial arts techniques.
- Boxing and Kickboxing skills to develop fantastic fitness and of course it’s always good to learn a few self defense applications. You’ve always wanted to try it; now is the perfect time.
- A whole bunch of cool facts, like; Did you know that, for the most part, you don't burn body fat exercising. That's right, most of the energy used during exercise comes from muscle glycogen or sugar stores. Body fat get's burned by increasing your metabolism and metabolic rate. This is why so many exercise programs are so ineffective at achieving fat loss.

What to Bring
Believe it or not, bare feet is the best way to train, however you may wear whatever shoes you feel most confident in. Bring a towel and of course, a water bottle. (For improved hydration, try adding 20ml of cordial to your water. That's right, it's true, that little bit of carbohydrate will aid hydration and recovery which means better results!)
