Ladies Boot Camps

Ladies Boot Camps run for 4 weeks (12 sessions) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at our park locations.

Mixed Boot Camps

Mixed Boot Camps run for 6 weeks (12 sessions). Mornings sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Mile End studio. Evenings sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at our park locations.

Hi Duncan,

I would just like to say thank you for running Boot-ee Camp. Although as it did start to get darker in the mornings it was alot harder to get up, it was very much worth while. Like I told you this morning, I have lost very close to 2 inches in my hip measuments and 1/2 and inch in my waist, so should be a lot better shape for the comp. I think the no (refined) carb diet for two weeks really made a differance and made me acually have to think about what I eat for the day a whole lot more.

Lots of vegetables. It was good.
