Mixed Boot Camps

Boot Camp is a chance for both Ladies & Gentlmen, just like you, to achieve a level of fitness that you never dreamed possible. Our friendly and relaxed environment is the setting for you to not only learn and practice skills, drills and techniques that aren’t normally taught outside of an athletics environment, but also test and develop your strength.

At our mixed camps, you'll be taught how to use a kettle bell properly, the basics of Olympic Lifting, you will run through basic running and sprinting mechanics (as taught to the pros) and that's not all. Sled drags, tyre flips, sandbag carries and sledge hammers are just some of the modalities we'll use to teach you the skills to live stronger!

Boot Camps run at a maximum of 20 people. An additional camp requires an extra 6 to run. Read more about Locations & Times.

What you will learn at Boot Camp

  1. The correct prescription and technique for an array of weight and movement based exercises including, Squats, Dead Lifts, Olympic Lifts, Overhead Presses, Kettle Bells and much more.
  2. The best way to train to lose body fat and develop strong, functional muscle.
  3. The best and safest methods for developing real, high end strength, injury free.
  4. Practice strong man skills like; Tire Flips, Sled Drags, Farmers Walks and other incredibly manly things like smashing things with Sledge Hammers.
  5. Learn how to eat effectively for sport and to attain your best metabolic advantage. Want to build muscle or lose body fat? Getting your nutrition right is going to be vital.

What to Bring

Believe it or not, bare feet is the best way to train, however you may wear whatever shoes you feel most confident in. Bring a towel and of course, a water bottle. (For improved hydration, try adding 20ml of cordial to your water. That's right, it's true, that little bit of carbohydrate will aid hydration and recovery which means better results!)

We will supply you with a T-shirt if you don’t have one already. Let us know your size (S, M, L or XL) as part of your registration.
