(L) For Love of Movement (60 min). This is one of my favorite lecture topics. Traditional fitness practices changed significantly with the advent of body building in the 60's and 70's. See how this phenomenon changed the fitness world forever and not all for the better. Discover also why we are seeing a resurgence of even older styles of lifting and how they can help us all to achieve incredible all around fitness.

Testimonial
When I started the Boot-ee Camp I struggled with most of the exercises, but with a little commitment and help from Duncan and Gaynor they started becoming easier. This made me feel a sense of achievement, which increased as I clearly got fitter and stronger and was able to do things I was not able to do before the camp. With instruction on good nutrition and an overall improvement in my diet, my body shape improved and, very importantly, I felt as though I had lots more energy. I certainly intend to continue the program and besides (I write this just prior to my 50th birthday), 50 is the new 40 and I want to be ready for it!
