Taking concepts from, fitness, fashion & modelling, this lecture/workshop is for real women in real life. Note- You'll also learn how to drop a dress size instantly by changing your posture!

Workshop: For Women. We will need an open space, chairs, women to bring/wear heels, and if possible, mirrors.

This workshop will show you participants how to use exercise to help protect yourself against low pack pain or recover your life after suffering from this chronic condition.
