Testimonial
I enjoyed the last Men’s Boot Camp and found it to be very worthwhile. The structure of the sessions and type of exercises that we did were very good and allowed the whole group to progress at their own level. I will be keen to take part in the next Boot Camp and am planning to bring my “Training Buddy” with me. My son Nicholas is keen to come along so you can count on the two of us when you start next.
