Classes
At The Energy Clinic you'll find our programs to be broad, diverse and constantly varied, meaning you will very rarely, if ever, do the exact same class twice. Diverse programming is the first step in creating a functional fitness environment.
Unlike traditional fitness fare, our goal isn't to specialise in one or two aspects of fitness but to ensure that our participants become proficient in a wide and diverse array of physical skills through the development of attributes in 10 areas of fitness, which include; Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Cardiovascular Endurance, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
As a result, participants in our classes will often find themselves jogging, jumping, pushing, dragging, pulling, punching, kicking, leaping and or sprinting, possibly all in the one session! (Fear not, no prior dragging, punching or sprinting is expected however, some may require a few 1 on 1 sessions with a trainer to ensure maximum class enjoyment and safety).
As Functional Fitness Specialists, we enjoy participating in the growth and development of our participants as they empower themselves to develop a much higher level of physical and mental performance than they previously thought possible.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Boot Camps
Our regularly scheduled Boot Camps are extremely popular -- book early to reserve your place. Read more about our Ladies Boot Camps and Mixed Boot Camps.
Functional Fitness Class
Based on the conventional and very popular circuit style of class. This session will include basic kettle bell lifts, bands, tire jumps, Turkish get ups and loads more. This class can be easily modified to beginners or advanced fitness levels.
Semi Private
This is personal training in small groups. Maximum of 5 people per group, this is a great way to make personal fitness coaching affordable. Times don't suit you? Put together a group of 3 or more and we'll modify the times to fit. (subject to avail of course)
Specialty Classes
Our range of classes also includes Kettle Bells, Power Band Training, Yoga, Olympic Lifting, Body Weight Training, Interval Training, Kickboxing Drills and Speed Clinics. Read more about our Specialty Classes.
