Initial Assessment

“Society exists only as a mental concept; in the real world there are only individuals.”
Oscar Wilde

It is very important for us to understand the unique needs and requirements of each client before beginning any training program.

There are many things that can enhance or hinder an individual’s chance of attaining their goals of better health and fitness. Poor understanding of very important issues like; nutrition, training intensity, rest and recovery or just not keeping your ‘eye on the prize’ with proper goal setting techniques can mean the difference between your success and failure no matter what your intentions were when you started.

At TEC we pride ourselves on making sure that you have the best possible chance of achieving whatever health & fitness goals you may have. By assessing in detail both your mental and physical strengths and weaknesses when it comes to fitness and healthy lifestyle choices, we feel confident that you will succeed in reaching your potential with us.

To book your Initial Assessment for personal training, please call Duncan on 0402112615. You will be asked to fill out an online medical history before your IA appointment.

“It is not the bad things but the lack of good things that prevent us from reaching our potential”
Duncan, TEC Director

With the improvement Gaynor has helped me achieve in my overall fitness and body shape, I would never consider giving our workouts up. Especially as this was not that hard to do.
